AI-Powered Administrator Analytics & Management System

A web-based IT system for corporate administrators. It brings operational data management, workflow monitoring, analytics and management reporting into one platform, and AI helps administrators analyse the data and draft reports.

What It Is

A management system built for the people who run operations.

Administrators spend a lot of time collecting data from different sources, checking where workflows stand and putting reports together by hand. The AI-Powered Administrator Analytics & Management System handles that work in one place.

Clients use the platform through licensed administrator accounts. ASAHI YUTA develops, hosts, operates and maintains it. The service is a technology platform service: clients get access to a working system, not an advisory engagement.

Platform Functions

Twelve functions, one administrator environment.

Every licensed administrator account can use the following functions. Role-based permissions set by the client's lead administrator control what each account can do.

01

Centralized Administrator Dashboard

A single administrator view of operational data, workflow status, analytics and reports, organised by function.

02

User / Account Management

Creation, configuration and deactivation of administrator accounts. Each licensed account gives one named administrator access.

03

Operational Data Management

Structured storage and maintenance of the operational and business records that the customer's administrators enter or import.

04

Data Processing and Organization

Cleansing, categorising and structuring of incoming data so that it is consistent and ready for analysis and reporting.

05

AI-Assisted Data Analysis

AI functions that organise accumulated data and highlight trends, changes and items that may need an administrator's attention.

06

AI-Assisted Reporting

AI-generated draft summaries and narrative commentary on selected data, for administrators to review, edit and approve.

07

Performance and Operational Analytics

Indicators and comparisons across periods, teams or processes, so administrators can see how operations are performing.

08

Automated Report Generation

Scheduled and on-demand reports produced from current data in a consistent format, so they do not have to be compiled by hand.

09

Workflow Monitoring

Visibility of administrative workflows: what is in progress, completed or overdue, and where items are waiting.

10

Management Reporting

Structured reports for management covering operations, activity and analytics for each reporting period.

11

Data Visualization

Charts, tables and dashboards that present operational data and trends in a clear, readable form.

12

Administrative Access Control

Role-based permissions that control which administrators can view, edit, export or approve data and reports.

AI-Assisted Functions

What the AI does, and what it does not do.

The AI functions support human administrators. They work on the operational data held in the client's own platform environment. They do not replace administrators or make decisions.

Organise

Sorts, categorises and structures accumulated operational data so it is ready to analyse.

Analyse

Finds trends, period-on-period changes and items that may need an administrator's attention.

Draft

Prepares draft report summaries and commentary for administrators to review, edit and approve.

AI outputs are drafts and analytical aids. The client's administrators review them before use and stay responsible for every business decision.
Access & Security

Controlled access to the client's data.

Every client has its own platform environment. Only named, licensed administrator accounts can sign in, and the client decides what each account is permitted to do.

  • Named administrator accounts with individual credentials
  • Role-based permissions for viewing, editing, exporting and approval
  • Accounts added, changed or deactivated at the client's request
  • Client data remains the property of the client
  • Data handling and confidentiality set out in the Service Agreement
Accounts & Billing

Account-based monthly service.

The platform is billed as a monthly platform access fee for each administrator account. The number of accounts, the unit price per account and the service period appear on each invoice issued under the client's Service Agreement.

Payment instructions, including the accepted payment method and the payment details, are also stated on each invoice.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is this a software service or a consulting service?

It is an IT platform service. Clients receive access to the AI-Powered Administrator Analytics & Management System through licensed administrator accounts. ASAHI YUTA develops, hosts, operates and maintains the system.

What is an "administrator account"?

One named user licence with access to the platform. The client's lead administrator controls each account's permissions through Administrative Access Control.

Does the AI make decisions for us?

No. The AI helps administrators organise and analyse data and drafts reports. Your administrators review the outputs and make every decision.

Who owns the data in the platform?

The client owns the data it enters into, or imports into, its platform environment. Confidentiality and data handling are covered in the Service Agreement.

How is the service invoiced?

Monthly, per administrator account. Each invoice shows the service period, the number of accounts, the unit price, the total and the payment instructions.
